Ever since we first fitted a roof rack to our trusty Honda Vamos, we've been on the look out for a kei car roof rack solution that we can offer to our customers. We're pleased to introduce IPF's range of EXP roof racks, made in Japan.
The first IPF EXP Roof Rack package that we have available is for the ever-popular Honda N-Van (2018+).
As the N-Van features a very tall roof (i.e. the distance between the rain gutter and top of the roof is quite large), we have specified IPF's "High Type" Leg Kit to provide enough clearance.
The N-Van roof line also curves downwards as it approaches the front of the car. Therefore, we have specified IPF's Type A roof rack tray, measuring 1400mm x 1250mm (length x width). The tray is also quite sleek, measuring only 38mm in depth.
By default, an IPF wind deflector and 4x tie-down rings are included, allowing you to begin carrying items atop your N-Van immediately! The double "t-track" design of the roof rack slats ensures a wide range of options for the fitment of accessories, mounting brackets and other pieces of equipment.
While we are confident that this roof rack setup will also be compatible with similar kei cars, we can also offer IPF's larger Type B roof rack tray (measuring 1920 x 1250mm) and also a "Low Type" leg set for vehicles with a lower roof line.
