Refund policy
STREET TRACK LIFE LTD is a small, independent website run by enthusiasts - we are by no means a large, faceless corporation. Should you have any issues at all with any items purchased from us, please don't hesitate to get in touch by sending an email to shop@streettracklife.com and we will do whatever we can to help!
Full details of our returns policy can be found in Section 7 of our general Terms and Conditions, you should familiarise yourself with them before making any purchases.
If you change your mind and no longer want goods that you have purchased and we have delivered, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to let us know. Once we have discussed and agreed the return of those goods, you must ship them to us within 14 days using a tracked service.
Alternatively, you are entitled to request an exchange within the same period of time.
If we have not yet shipped or delivered your order, and you request to cancel it, we will cancel your order and issue a refund unless the Goods are custom order, personalised and made to order products.
Due to the speed of our ordering process, we may not be able to cancel your order before dispatch. If you exercise your right to cancel prior to your receiving the goods, we will attempt to stop the goods in transit where possible, if this is not possible and the goods are delivered, you will be able to return your goods in line with our Terms and Conditions.
The right to cancel your order does not apply in the case of the following goods, which may only be returned if they are faulty:
- custom order, personalised and made to order products
- sealed software, memory cards or navigation equipment that has been unsealed after you receive them
- any goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery
Unless there is a proven manufacturing fault with the item(s) being returned, the customer is liable for all return postage costs. The customer is liable for any damages caused to the item(s) during the return shipping process.
If goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order:
- then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract.
- unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. In some cases we may at our sole discretion, offer to collect the goods from you in which case we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
- the goods should be in as-new condition, with all their parts present, sealed items must not have been opened, wheels mustn’t have had tyres fitted etc.
- Goods should be in their complete original packaging.
- you should only return items that we have approved for a return, STL will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods that you return to us that were not approved for return.
- The goods should be packaged appropriately for postage to prevent them becoming damaged. Please make sure you enclose your order number, name or any other documents we request you to enclose, so we can identify which order the returned items belong to.
- The goods must be shipped to our address using a tracked service, as you will remain liable for any damage caused to the goods during the return shipping process:

All received returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued, if any item is found to be in a used condition or not ‘as new’, or takes longer than 14 days to arrive with us, we reserve the right to reject the return
Wheels that you have purchased from us cannot be returned once you have mounted tyres to them. We suggest that you carefully test-fit a wheel to your vehicle before mounting tyres as we will not be able to accept a return or offer an exchange for wheels that have had tyres mounted to them. Custom order or personalised wheels are non-refundable.
If you need to return the goods to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the goods in full, together with any applicable delivery charges. Please ensure you contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods to report a faulty or mis-described item and arrange a return.
We will only refund you via the same method used by you to pay. If you used a Gift Card or Vouchers to pay for the goods we may refund you to a Gift Card or Vouchers.
