GIFT CARD TERMS
If you’re the lucky recipient of Gift Card from Street Track Life Limited please take notice of the below terms:
"Gift Card" “Gift Cards” are physical or electronic gift cards purchased from Street Track Life Limited “STL” “Street Track Life” “we” “us” “our”. Gift Cards are governed by the general terms and conditions of Street Track Life Limited and the below terms and conditions. The terms “you” or “customer” means the customer.
You may use a Gift Card to make purchases online via the Street Track Life website.
Gift Cards cannot be used to buy Gift Cards.
A Street Track Life Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card. It cannot be transferred, and it cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Street Track Life Gift Card. Refunds for purchases on Gift Card, will be applied onto a Gift Card.
The minimum amount to activate a Gift Card is £10. The maximum Gift Card value that can be loaded onto one card will be notified to you at checkout and is subject to change.
Gift Cards will only be issued to the email address that is provided at the time of purchase, so please check, and then double-check that the email address you have provided is correct. If you get it wrong, and the Gift Voucher is emailed to someone else who uses it, there’s not much we can do. Check, double check, and even triple check before you buy it.
Please check your spam folder if you have experienced a delay in receiving your Gift Card code.
When using a Gift Card on the Street Track Life website, you will be required to give the gift card number.
When using a Gift Card, the purchase amount of your order will be deducted from the balance of the Gift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the Gift Card, any balance will be left as credit, for your Gift Card to spend in the future.
Gift Cards cannot be ‘topped up’ meaning no additional value can be added to the gift card and no change will be given.
You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the Gift Card by contacting us on shop@streettracklife.com at any time.
Gift Cards will only be issued in GBP (Pounds Sterling) but you can of course pay in most other currencies on our website for product purchases. Should you choose to pay for your order in a currency other than GBP, the transaction will be subject to a conversion rate, which will be a current prevailing market rate for the transfer at the time of purchase, and you may also be subject to Bank Charges, you should discuss this with your payment provider before making any purchases if you are unsure.
Refunds will not be given for the purchase of Gift Cards. Your statutory rights are not affected.
A Gift Card is like cash, lost or stollen Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded, cancelled, blocked, restricted in any way or be exchanged for a new Gift Card. You are responsible for the security of your Gift Card.
Street Track Life shall not be responsible or liable in any way for the use of any funds or Gift Cards without your knowledge or consent.
Street Track Life reserves the right to cancel any Gift Cards in its sole discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
For returns of products purchased with a Gift Card, the purchase price will be refunded to a Gift Card. If the purchase was made in another currency other than GBP, the refund will be processed back onto a Gift Card in GBP and this will be at the prevailing currency transfer rate of the time, which can fluctuate.
The re-sale of Street Track Life Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
Street Track Life will cancel the value of a Gift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.
Street Track Life will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre- contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any losses related to any business including (without limitation) lost data, earnings or business interruption that result from the use of, or the inability to use any Street Track Life Gift Card(s).
Street Track Life reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
Each of the paragraphs of these Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
All terms and conditions of Street Track Life are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
